Why we exist
The second job. The one nobody pays you for.
An established barber, hairdresser, lash or nail tech is doing two jobs. The first is the craft — clippers in hand, behind the chair, six days a week. They're paid for that one. The second is the diary: 11pm WhatsApps, missed calls, reschedules, no-shows, the regular who hasn't booked in a month. Nobody pays them for that. SupportFlow takes the second job.
Mission
Put the established pro back on the side of the craft. The product handles the diary, the reschedules, and the retention — so the pro stays on the chair, where the craft (and the pay) lives.
Origin
Co-built by Hamoudi — 15 years behind the chair at Homegrown Barbers — and Amir, an operator who got tired of watching pros pay for tools built for newcomers. Hamoudi's lived experience is the brief. Amir builds the system.
