Is it just for barbers?
No. It works for barbers, hair salons, nails, lashes and brows, beauty, and massage and wellness. You pick your trade when you set up, and we start you with services that match.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as it's a WhatsApp Business number. You connect it through Meta's own sign-in, and your number, business name and profile stay the same. On personal WhatsApp today? Move the number over to WhatsApp Business first.
I already use a marketplace booking app. Will I get double bookings?
Not if your calendars are connected. We sync both ways with Google Calendar, so if your marketplace app syncs to the same Google Calendar, a booking on either side blocks the slot on the other.
Can I keep my booking app?
Yes, for as long as you like. You're never locked in. Most pros find their regulars and recommendations book on WhatsApp, and the old app ends up with little to do.
Do my clients have to download an app?
No. They book through WhatsApp, scan a QR code at the door, or book on your own booking page.
