    Delete your SupportFlow account

You can delete your SupportFlow account at any time, either from inside the app or by sending us a request by email. You do not need to have the app installed to make a request.

This page explains both routes, what data is removed, and what is kept.

Option 1 — delete in the app

    1. Open the SupportFlow app and sign in.
    2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
    3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete account.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out and returned to the login screen, and you will not be able to sign back in with that account — by password, by Apple or Google sign-in, or with an existing session.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, no longer have the app installed, or would rather we handle it, email us:

admin@support-flow.io — subject line "Delete my account"

    Please include:

    • The email address on the account
    • The business name the account is attached to, if you know it

We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

    What is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is removed or irreversibly anonymised straight away:

    Data What happens
Your name Replaced with a placeholder
Your email address Replaced with a non-routable placeholder
    Your password Destroyed
Apple / Google sign-in links Permanently deleted
Push notification device tokens Permanently deleted
    Password reset tokens Permanently deleted
Your access to every business account Permanently removed

After this, the account cannot be recovered, reactivated, or signed into. If you want to use SupportFlow again, you will need to create a new account.

    What is kept, and why

Deleting your account removes you — it does not delete the business you worked in.

Business records such as the company profile, its customers, bookings, appointment history, call records, and message history belong to the business, not to an individual user account. They are kept so the business can keep operating and meet its own legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Your membership of the business is removed. Some of those records — for example who handled a conversation, who redeemed a loyalty reward, or who wrote a note about a customer — keep an internal reference to your deleted account, so the business's own history stays intact. That reference no longer resolves to your name, your email address, or any other personal detail about you.

If you are the owner of the business and want the entire business account and all of its data deleted, email admin@support-flow.io and say so explicitly. We will verify ownership and confirm before anything is removed, because this is not reversible and affects everyone using that account.

Backups and security logs are held for a limited period and then expire on their normal schedule, as described in our Privacy Policy.

    Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription bought through the Apple App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you must cancel separately at Apple ID → Subscriptions.
