Why Support Flow

Your clients. Your rules. Your WhatsApp.

Support Flow is the front desk for pros who already have clients. It answers your WhatsApp and books real appointments the way you would, with no marketplace in the middle and no commission on any booking.

Support Flow vs other business tools

Most business tools make you work their way. Support Flow works yours.

    Control

You set your prices, your rules, your diary. We just run it.

Services, prices and durations. Who does what, their hours, breaks and days off. Deposits and your cancellation window. It only ever offers a time that's genuinely free, and when a client asks for you, the conversation comes straight to you.

    Your brand

Clients see you, not us, and there are no competitors next to your profile.

Clients message your own WhatsApp number, under your name. Your booking page is yours, your loyalty card can carry your logo and colours, and nobody gets shown another business while they're booking with you.

    Support Flow vs booking apps

Booking apps send clients a link. Support Flow answers them.

It's 10pm and a client asks if you've got anything Saturday. By morning they're booked with the right person and reminded, and you never picked up your phone. 90% of UK adults already use WhatsApp (Ofcom, 2025). Support Flow meets your clients there.

    Booking apps

    The message waits for you.

    • WhatsApp gets a booking link or a one-way reminder. Clients can't just reply and book.
    • The AI receptionists now being added mostly answer the phone, not WhatsApp.
    • They're usually sold as an extra monthly add-on on top of your subscription.
    • Some only handle clients who've booked with you before.

    Support Flow

You finish the cut. It finishes the booking.

    • Clients message the number they already have for you, and it replies in seconds, in your tone.
    • It books the real appointment, with the right person, in a slot that's really free.
    • It reschedules and cancels too, and follows up if a client goes quiet.
    • New clients and regulars alike, from the first message.
    • The AI isn't an add-on. It's the product, in every plan.
    • Your own booking page comes too, for clients who'd rather tap.

    Support Flow vs marketplace apps

On a marketplace, your clients are theirs. With Support Flow, they're yours.

You earned every client in your book. You shouldn't hand over 20% to 35% of a booking because someone found you through an app, or watch them scroll past a rival on the way to booking you.

Marketplaces are good at one thing: putting strangers in front of you. If you rely on that, keep one for new faces. Support Flow is for the clients you already have, and the people they send your way.

    Support Flow vs all-in-one apps

Other apps manage your diary. Support Flow brings your regulars back.

The client who came every three weeks and hasn't been in for six won't tell you they've drifted. Support Flow notices, and the AI sends them a check-in on WhatsApp before they get used to someone else's chair.

Regulars who come back on their own

Check-ins timed to each client's own gap, two weeks or six, not a blanket reminder for everyone. The AI sends them on WhatsApp when a regular slips.

    Every client, remembered

Visits, spend, notes, photos and tags on one profile, linked to their phone number. No app or login for them.

A queue that doesn't crowd your shop

Walk-ins scan the poster, see an honest wait and join the line on WhatsApp, then wait wherever they like. Few booking apps run a walk-in queue at all.

    A diary that holds

Two reminders before every booking, plus optional deposits into your own Stripe account, under your cancellation rules.

    Loyalty they carry everywhere

Turn on a branded points card in Apple Wallet that updates itself after every visit.

    Nothing to explain

Same number, same name, same profile. Your clients message you exactly as they do now.

    Straight answers

    Comparing your options.

Booking apps are adding AI receptionists. How is this different?

Most of those answer the phone and cost extra each month on top of your subscription. Support Flow answers WhatsApp, where your clients already message you, and the AI comes with every plan. It books new clients as well as regulars.

Why not just answer WhatsApp myself?

It's free until you're with a client and the booking goes to whoever replied first. Support Flow replies while you work, books against your real diary and remembers every client for you.

Is Support Flow just a chatbot?

No. It's the booking system and the AI that runs it: your diary, each person's availability, client profiles, walk-ins, reminders, deposits and loyalty, with the AI answering WhatsApp on top.

Can it replace my current booking software?

It's built to. It holds your diary, takes bookings on WhatsApp, your own booking page and your QR code, and sends the reminders. If you use a marketplace to find new clients, you can keep it alongside: we sync both ways with Google Calendar.

Do I keep my WhatsApp number?

Yes, as long as it's a WhatsApp Business number. You connect it through Meta's own sign-in, and your number, business name and profile stay the same. On personal WhatsApp today? Move the number over to WhatsApp Business first.

    What does it cost?

Solo is £39 a month for one chair, Shop is £79 for two to six staff, and Multi-Shop is £149 for more than one shop. No commission on any booking and no paid add-ons. If you take deposits, they go into your own Stripe account.
